Tribal EM is a medical and behavioral health staffing agency that connects healthcare professionals to high-paying long-term and locum tenens positions in underserved communities. We work exclusively with tribally operated, 638, and Indian Health Services (IHS) facilities.

Our mission is to solve systemic healthcare barriers in Native American communities. We are looking for Board-certified or Board-eligible physicians, nurse practitioners, counselors, and physician assistants who are passionate about transforming care for rural and underserved communities. Together, we can create stronger hospitals, healthier communities, and a better experience for patients and providers.
