Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm
Patient Volume: 10-12 patients per day
DATES OF COVERAGE: October 19, 2026 - January 8, 2026
Types of Cases: primary care: assess, diagnose, treat and/or refer
Specialties and Staff on Site: 1NP, 2 RNs, 1 MA phlebotomist, 3 Behavioral Health providers, Chiro, Optical
Qualifications
· Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
· Life Support Certifications: BLS
