Tribal Health is seeking a Medical Director to lead a well-established outpatient primary care clinic serving a Tribal community in Northern Wisconsin. Job Responsibilities
The Medical Director will provide both clinical and administrative leadership by:
Leading day-to-day clinical operations
Providing comprehensive outpatient primary care
Mentoring physicians and advanced practice providers
Developing clinical policies and best practices
Leading Quality Assurance (QA) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives
Participating in provider recruitment and retention
Collaborating with executive leadership to improve patient care and clinic operations
Promoting a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and patient-centered care
Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or another Primary Care specialty
Five years of physician leadership experience preferred
Current unrestricted DEA registration
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong communication and leadership skills
