ZZ Recruit is a boutique recruitment firm that specializes in permanent and locum tenens placement of all healthcare professionals, including but not limited to physicians, nurses, advanced care practitioners, healthcare executives, technologists, healthcare IT professionals, and all other allied health staff. We work with healthcare institutions in both public and private sectors.
Company History
ZZ Recruit was started by a female, minority, Harvard-trained physician and a life-long breast cancer advocate and researcher who, despite being a very accomplished candidate, bore the brunt of the recruitment process including its lack of individualization and transparency. She felt like another number on a recruiter’s contact list. Additionally, during her various leadership roles, she witnessed the hiring challenges for employers.
She began ZZ Recruit to simplify and personalize the recruitment process for healthcare institutions and candidates. Her ultimate goal was to create one-of-a-kind recruitment firm that truly understands the needs of each individual client and candidate and works to ensure that each party is thriving and successful at the end of the recruitment process. Hence, we lovingly call her the “healthcare matchmaker.” She truly believes that happy healthcare providers and happy healthcare employers are essential in providing the best care for patients and therefore in shaping the future of healthcare.
