Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients, conduct physical examinations, and order appropriate tests
• Document medical histories, patient encounters, and treatment plans
• Educate patients about diagnoses, medications, and treatment options
• Coordinate care with the nurse practitioner and clinical support team
Qualifications
• Active Indiana medical license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
• Board certification must be obtained within five years of residency for eligible candidates
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS required if requesting conscious sedation privileges
• New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome to apply
