Job Responsibilities
• Conduct physical examinations, review medical histories, and order or perform appropriate tests
• Document patient encounters and treatment plans accurately
• Educate patients about diagnoses, medications, and treatment options
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical support staff to deliver coordinated care
Qualifications
• Active Indiana medical license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
• Board certification must be obtained within five years of residency for eligible candidates
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS required if requesting conscious sedation privileges
• New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome to apply
