Since 1972, Amplify Health has been committed to expanding access to high-quality, compassionate health care across Wake and Franklin counties. What began as a small community-based organization has grown into one of the region's leading providers of comprehensive primary care, serving more than 25,000 patients annually through multiple locations and innovative care delivery models.
Over the past five decades, we have continually evolved to meet the changing needs of our communities' by expanding services, opening new locations, embracing technology, and developing innovative programs that improve access to care. Today, Amplify Health delivers integrated services including medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, nutrition, mobile health, care management, and specialized community programs designed to improve health outcomes for individuals and families.
