Core Clinical Partners is a physician-owned practice management company redefining what true partnership means in hospital-based medicine. We reject cookie-cutter solutions—every hospital is unique, and so is our approach.
Our founders saw a broken system: management groups acting like distant vendors to hospitals and mere staffing agencies to clinicians. Core was built to be different. We engage locally, working alongside hospital leaders, physicians, and APPs to understand and solve their specific challenges—while bringing national resources, deep expertise, and proven best practices to every partnership.
Company History
Core Clinical Partners was founded in 2018 by a group of clinicians and industry experts who were inspired to create a more personal, less transactional physician services group. Based on years of clinical and administrative experience in the industry, we developed a model that brings hospitals, physicians, and advanced practice providers together with the common goal of delivering outstanding patient care.
We began with a 10,000 volume Emergency Department and now have over 1 million visits per year. Our growth has been completely organic; and our sustained success is based on a unique and customized approach with each of our hospital partners and clinician teams.
