About the Opportunity
Core Clinical Partners is seeking dedicated Hospitalists to join our team at Regional Medical Center (RMC) Anniston, a regional referral hospital serving northeast Alabama.
This full-time W-2 employed role is part of a stable, well-established Hospital Medicine program supported by a tenured team of physicians who have cared for this community for many years.
RMC Anniston benefits from Core’s integrated management of Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine, creating strong clinical alignment, streamlined patient flow, and a collaborative culture between care teams.
Position Overview
We are currently a FT Nocturnist to round out our team.
- Night admissions: Average of 7–8 per shift
- Procedural capability required (e.g., central lines, intubations, codes)
- Schedule: 7-on / 7-off
- Flexibility may be considered based on program needs
Facility Highlights
- Average Daily Census: 60–70 patients
- Coverage Model: Dedicated day and night physician teams
- ICU: Open ICU
- Day Shift: No procedures required
- EMR: Paragon

Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for Alabama medical licensure
