Optimum is partnering with a well-established hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, with an opening for a skilled Urologist to join their team.
Join a productive, fast-paced, and collaborative team providing comprehensive urologic care, while enjoying everything Baltimore has to offer, including vibrant waterfront neighborhoods, great dining, and plenty of arts, culture, and outdoor recreation.
About the Opening:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts
- Rotating call shifts
- Setting: Inpatient with 1 day per week in the OR
- Case Types: Prostate, bladder, and kidney diseases and cancers
- Required Procedures: Minimally invasive surgery and traditional open surgery
- Current Team Structure: 3 MDs, 3 APPs
- Board certification required
Compensation & Benefits:
- $550k annual salary
- $100k sign-on bonus
