The community provides exceptional outdoor recreation opportunities year-round with access to national conservation areas and preserves, while maintaining convenient access to Tucson's urban amenities.
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM outpatient clinic schedule
• See 25-30 patients per day with immediate volume and strong community need
• Blocked OR time for surgical efficiency with 800+ procedures annually
• 10 days of call per month
• Access to advanced surgical technology including da Vinci Xi Robotic Surgical System and Aquablation Therapy
• Work within Level III Trauma Center with diverse case mix and supportive hospitalist program
• Comprehensive administrative and operational support to streamline practice
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply
• Collaborative environment with seasoned administrative staff
• Marketing and practice growth assistance to help expand patient base quickly

This 100-bed hospital is located in Sierra Vista and has earned a Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade of "A" for excellence in patient safety, clinical outcomes, and quality care. The facility is part of a diversified healthcare delivery network and features advanced surgical technology including the da Vinci Xi Robotic Surgical System and Aquablation Therapy, with Level III Trauma Center capabilities.Opportunity:
