Compensation & Benefits
- $600,000 base salary plus production bonus
- Up to $100,000 commencement/relocation bonus
- $1,500/month fellowship stipend (if applicable)

Position Overview
- Join a 4-physician urology team (2 outpatient, 2 inpatient)
- 8 days of call per month with single-hospital coverage
- Da Vinci Xi and Da Vinci 5 robots
- 11-suite main OR plus 6-suite outpatient surgery center
- 268-bed independent hospital with 100+ physicians and a 300,000-person regional draw
