The facility features a 13-bed department with an additional affiliated urgent care location in nearby West Lafayette, offering providers a dynamic and supportive clinical environment.Opportunity:
Board Certified - Family Medicine / Emergency Medicine - Urgent CareJob Details:
- Provide comprehensive urgent care services with up to 45 patient encounters per shift
- Rotating schedule including weekends with three 12-hour shifts per week
- Shift hours are 7:45am - 8:15pm
- Must hold an active Indiana medical license or IMLC
- Board certification required (minimum board certification eligible)
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Locum Tenens engagement with an estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
- Start date January 1, 2027 with ongoing need
- Nearest airport is Indianapolis International (IND)
