Job description
Enterprise Medical Recruiting assists a hospital partner system in the Philadelphia/South Central New Jersey region in recruiting a comprehensive vascular and general neurosurgeon. The team has 25 Neurologists, 10 Neurosurgeons, Neuropsychologists, Neuro Research Director, and 15 Advanced Practice Providers.
Practice Details
- Employed, full-time position with a 3-year term
- Call schedule is 1:3, inclusive of nights and weekends
- Additional call opportunities available with daily compensation
- Competitive base salary structure:
- Year 1: $600,000
- Year 2: $650,000
- Year 3: $700,000
- Productivity incentive beginning in Year 1, up to 20% of base salary
- No cap on bonus potential: 2% added per 1,000 wRVUs above 16,000
- Additional compensation for vascular and/or general trauma coverage beyond contractual call
- Benefits include:
- Malpractice coverage
- 5 weeks PTO + 1 week for CME/meetings
- 401(k) enrollment
- $5,000 annual CME/dues/memberships allowance
- NJ & PA licensure, CDS, and DEA fees covered
