A not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in Southeastern Massachusetts is adding a General Surgeon. The system provides a wide range of services, including primary care, specialty care, urgent care, and hospital-based treatment through its network of physicians and facilities. With over 150 doctors across multiple locations, it emphasizes coordinated, team-based care and advanced medical technology to improve patient outcomes.
About the Opportunity:
- Comprehensive general surgery practice caring for patients across the full breadth of general surgery
- Surgical care for both benign and malignant conditions, including Anorectal disease, Hernias, Biliary disease, Melanoma and Colon cancer
- Subspecialty in Colorectal Surgery or Endocrine Surgery will be considered
- Experience in minimally invasive surgery is desirable
- Opportunities to participate in surgery resident and PA education
- Opportunities for team leadership and programmatic development
- We have the newest DaVinci 5 robot
- All qualified candidates will be considered, with preference given to candidates with prior leadership or program development experience
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery required
