Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a long-established, physician-owned Radiology practice in the St. Louis metro area with the recruitment of Breast Imaging Radiologists. This independent group has served the community for more than 80 years and offers the flexibility to build a practice that fits your career goals.
Opportunity Highlights
- Private practice with 15 Radiologists, including Interventional Radiology specialists
- Full-time, part-time, W2, 1099, partnership-track, and hybrid options available
- Partnership track with no buy-in and full-time partner earnings of $925,000+
- 100% Breast Imaging or a customized mix of Breast, Body, Chest, MSK, Neuro, or General Diagnostic Radiology
- Flexible schedule tailored to your interests, including onsite, hybrid, or select remote opportunities
- Two full-service Breast Centers with an immediate need for additional breast imaging coverage
- Evening and weekend shifts can be performed remotely with overnight teleradiology support
- Low-overhead, non-private equity practice with a flat, equitable and democratic physician-led structure
- State-of-the-art SECTRA PACS installed in 2025
Practice Details
The group provides comprehensive imaging services for a dedicated portion of a Midwest Catholic non-profit health system, including three hospitals, two dedicated Breast Centers and multiple outpatient imaging locations. The practice enjoys outstanding physician retention and is hiring due to continued growth and upcoming retirements. They are actively seeking one to two radiologists and are open to crafting a position around the right candidate.
