The University of Missouri School of Medicine invites applications for a full-time faculty position within its Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Environmental Medicine. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality inpatient critical care services while contributing to the education of fellows, residents, and medical students in a collaborative academic environment. Faculty join a well-established division comprising more than 20 physicians and a fully accredited Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship Program. The team supports a high-volume critical care service, including a 36-bed medical intensive care unit with dedicated nocturnist coverage and limited backup call responsibilities. Protected time is incorporated into faculty schedules to support academic productivity, scholarly activity, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development.
