This 57-bed inpatient behavioral health facility is part of New England's largest behavioral health network, a nationally recognized and respected provider of behavioral health services in Connecticut. The facility provides inpatient care for over 650 children and adolescents and 1,300 adults with mental illness or substance abuse issues each year, with a strong focus on trauma and recovery-oriented care.Opportunity:
Physician - PsychiatryJob Details:
- Provide direct patient services in an inpatient psychiatric setting
- Work within a 57-bed facility with a focus on trauma and recovery-oriented care
- Experience or training in adult inpatient and evaluation services required
- Experience working with a multidisciplinary team required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible psychiatrist (if within 5 years of residency)
- Active State of CT Department of Public Health medical license, DEA, and CCSR required
- Strong multidisciplinary approach with a collegial and work-family feel
- Loan repayment eligible
- Support available through the HHC Provider Leadership Development Institute and the Office of Provider Wellness
