Position Highlights:
- Desirable Practice Setting: Montana's premier behavioral health hospital - large patient draw. Brand new state-of-the-art 34-bed acute hospital serving patients from 3-18 years old
- Ideal Work Environment: Strong support from psychiatric NPs, RNs, mental health therapists, and more.
- Work-Life Balance: 7 on / 7 off, Tues-Mon, 7am - 7pm; No emergency care and minimal administrative duties!
- Teaching Opportunities: Opportunity to work with medical students from the University of Washington
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed Salary: $345,000
- Sign-on Bonus: $40,000 (paid on day one)
- Additional Stipends Available: CME, Residency/Fellowship, Additional Call Coverage
- Paid Time Off: 34 days PTO per year

Qualifications:
- Degree: MD/DO
- Certifications: BC preferred
- Licensure: Active Montana license or ability to obtain one
