Physician (MD) - Pediatric HospitalistJob Details:
- Provide pediatric hospitalist services with 2-5 patient encounters per shift
- Must hold an active NC license or IMLC with an estimated credentialing timeframe of 30 days
- Board certification eligible minimum required
- Required certifications include ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Perform non-invasive ventilation management including neo-puff
- Manage newborn ventilation for both acute and chronic conditions
- Manage pediatric ventilation for both acute and chronic conditions
- Perform endotracheal and nasotracheal intubation for both newborn and pediatric patients
- Administer conscious sedation
- Place and manage central lines and arterial lines
- Perform chest tube insertions
- Interpret X-rays and EKGs
- Suture minor lacerations
- Perform circumcisions
- Nearest airport is Raleigh-Durham International (RDU)
