This is a well-established, well-respected, and growing pediatric inpatient services practice that is expanding to meet the needs of its community. The team consists of 3 physicians and 3 APPs, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment with leadership opportunities available.Opportunity:
Physician - Pediatric HospitalistJob Details:
- Full-time Pediatric Hospitalist position as part of a growing pediatric inpatient services team
- Scheduling consists of consecutive blocks with 24-hour shifts
- Advanced Practice Provider works alongside physician for dyad coverage
- Hospitalists do not cover ICU, Pediatric ICU, or NICU
- Average pediatric census of 2 to 3 patients per day
- Daily newborn rounding coverage required
- Special procedures preferred/required including circumcisions; other procedures dependent on experience
- Leadership options available
- Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatrician required; pediatric candidates only
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills required
- Paid malpractice insurance included
