Job description
Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a rural health system in southern Colorado's San Luis Valley region with the recruitment of a full-time BC/BE pediatrician. You will enjoy practicing in an outpatient clinic attached to a Level III acute care hospital.
Highlights
- Join two other pediatricians and one family nurse practitioner
- 90% outpatient, 10% inpatient (comfortable attending deliveries)
- 8-9 call days/month (includes 1 weekend)
- 20-22 patients in clinic; on-call volume is 1-3 newborns + 0-1 inpatients
Compensation
- $230,000 base salary plus variable pay
- $30,000 Sign-on Bonus
- Residency stipends available
- Benefits include loan repayment available up to $100k, CME allowance, 39 days PTO, moving allowance, J1 and H1B visa support, and much more
