We are currently seeking a full-time BE/BC Pediatrician to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA.

KAISER SANTA ROSA

Join us in wine country, just 60 minutes north of San Francisco! Enjoy a mild year-round climate, beautiful hiking and biking, and easy access to miles of ocean coastline! We are a team of dedicated, collaborative, and genuinely fun pediatricians and nurse practitioners who provide exclusively outpatient care. During the week, we care for newborns, perform well-child visits, and see patients with acute illnesses and injuries. On weekends, we provide newborn care and urgent pediatric visits. Each pediatrician typically works 1 weekend day per month. We are supported by a strong multidisciplinary team, including dedicated 1:1 medical assistant-physician partnerships, experienced RN and LVN staff , registered dieticians, health educators, lactation consultants, and an on-site social worker. Our patients also benefit from conveniently integrated on-site ancillary services, like lab, pharmacy, and medical imaging. We enjoy close collaboration with pediatric subspecialists along with a comprehensive Pediatric Mental Health and Wellness program, with therapists and psychiatrists available to support our patients and families locally. Our medical center also includes a small pediatric inpatient unit and special care nursery staffed by our pediatric hospitalist team.

Full-time annual salary range is $281,339.00 to $290,040.00 plus additional potential incentives up to $33,250*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Eligibility
• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA
