Job description
We’re seeking an experienced Pediatrician to join a supportive, close-knit team at a busy practice in Maine. This position replaces a retiring physician and includes a flexible month-to-month transition period until your start.
What You’ll Get
- Salary: $275,000 base
- Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
- Housing Allowance: $25,000
- Student Loan Reimbursement: Available
- CME: $5,000 per year + one week off
- PTO: 5 weeks per year, plus holidays and one week of sick leave
- Call: One in two schedule for births; most call can be managed from home
- EMR: Cerner
About the Role
- Work alongside one established pediatrician and experienced mid-level providers.
- Collaborative, team-oriented environment with manageable patient volumes.
- Attend scheduled C-sections and provide follow-up care within 24 hours.
- Opportunity for moonlighting if desired.
