**Facility:**This facility is a comprehensive healthcare system featuring a 330-bed tertiary care hospital that serves as a Level I Trauma Center. It includes a dedicated children's hospital with a 5-bed PICU and 14-bed General Pediatric Unit, supported by 24/7 Pediatric Hospitalists and Intensivists. The organization has been recognized among America's Top 100 Hospitals and Fracture Care Programs and holds HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 certification for both Inpatient and Ambulatory facilities.
**Opportunity: Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon**Join a well-established, large multi-specialty orthopedic practice with 17 orthopedic surgeons and 12 NP/PAs. Work alongside 2 full-time and 2 part-time pediatric orthopedic surgeons, with the support of two full-time APCs. This role offers a collaborative environment with specialists in multiple orthopedic disciplines and favorable patient demographics.
**Job Details:**
• 1:10 compensated call schedule with approximately 36 call dates per year
• Call duties shared between APC and Physician groups
• Weekday call from 4:00pm-7am, with no call during clinic hours
• Full scope of pediatric orthopedic cases, including spine surgeries
• Practice across three locations: St. Mary's Medical Center, Duluth Health, and Ambulatory Surgery Center
• State-of-the-art facilities with a new hospital featuring a dedicated pediatric floor
• Strong support from colleagues in pediatrics and PM+R
