You'll join a team of 8 faculty, plus fellows and residents. Patient demand is high and growing. You'll walk into a full schedule, not build one from scratch.

• 3 clinic days, 1 OR day, 1 protected academic day
• Complex tertiary/quaternary referral base: strabismus, pediatric cataract, pediatric glaucoma, ROP
• Room to shape your practice around your interests: heavier clinical, heavier research, or a mix
• Additional ROP coverage opportunities at affiliated hospitals

What We're Looking For

• MD/DO, completed Ophthalmology residency
• Pediatric Ophthalmology fellowship
• Eligible for Maryland licensure
• Genuine interest in academic medicine and teaching
• Open to experienced physicians and current fellows
