Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation: $450,000+ guaranteed Year 1 base salary
Generous Performance Bonus: Proven earning potential $600,000+ as partner
Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications
Degree: MD/DO
Certifications: Board Eligible/Board Certified in Otolaryngology
Experience: All experience levels welcome – new graduates encouraged to apply
