A forward-thinking financially sound healthcare system in central Illinois is adding an ENT/Otolaryngologist an established/busy practice . Huge need in the market. You will walk into an established patient base and in-house referrals offering an exciting practice opportunity from day one!
Details:
- Join 3 board-certified ENTs and 2 Nurse Practitioners
- Fellowship training welcomed
- $650,000 base salary + RVU production bonus (uncapped)
- Proven earning potentials $800,000-900,000
- $75,000 signing bonus
- $60,000 retention bonus ($20,000 paid at the end of year 1,2,3)
- Quality bonus potential up to $50,000

- PTO 33 days (264 hours) – over 6-weeks!
- CME 5 days (40 hours) + $6,000 annually
- Paid malpractice with tail
