Opportunity: Orthopaedic Surgeon - Adult Reconstruction

Join a leading orthopedic team in a physician-led, integrated healthcare delivery system that values your expertise and leadership. This position offers the chance to be part of a top-tier orthopedic program dedicated to excellence in patient care and innovative surgical practices.

Job Details:

  • Work alongside a dynamic team of 17 orthopedic surgeons and 10 NP/PAs with subspecialties including adult reconstructive, shoulder and elbow, orthopedic oncology, foot and ankle, pediatric orthopedics, sports medicine, hand, and trauma
  • Benefit from a dedicated joint program coordinator and robust 10-physician medical orthopedic section, complemented by a 4-physician podiatry section
  • Utilize Mako robotic platform to enhance surgical precision and patient outcomes
  • Perform approximately 1,200 total joint replacements annually with significant growth potential
  • Optional outreach opportunities to expand your practice
  • Enjoy a 1:10+ compensated call schedule (approximately 36 call dates per year)
  • Efficiently manage patient records with dedicated EPIC EMR system
  • Access to full spectrum of rehabilitation services to support patient recovery
  • Provide athletic team coverage for local professional, college, and high school sports teams
  • Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopaedics
  • Fellowship trained in Joint Replacement required

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
