**Opportunity: Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Surgeon**This is an exciting opportunity to replace a recently retired surgeon and contribute to a thriving orthopedic practice. You'll join a well-established team focused on Joint Replacement, Sports Medicine, and Orthopedic Trauma, working alongside one full-time surgeon, one casual surgeon, and four Advanced Practice Clinicians.
**Job Details:**- Comprehensive practice including Joint Replacement, Sports Medicine, and Orthopedic Trauma
- Innovative call system where Advanced Practice Clinicians manage primary orthopedic calls, with surgeons providing secondary calls
- Primary access to PACS and EMR systems from home
- Shared call schedule of 1:4 to ensure a healthy work-life balance

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
