Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $350,000 annually (W-2 structure) guaranteed with over $1 Million in documented earnings
• Collections-Based Bonus: 35% of collections beyond $1.5M production (paid on 1099 for tax flexibility)

Qualifications

• Degree: DDS/DMD with OMFS residency completion
• Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Licensure: Eligible for licensure in the state of South Carolina
