This facility is a well-established health system serving the Fargo region, offering comprehensive oncology services supported by a collaborative and multidisciplinary care team. The department features 10 exam rooms and includes a dedicated team of oncologists, nurse navigators, social workers, genetic counselors, registered nurses, and palliative care physicians working together to provide the highest level of patient-centered care.Opportunity:
Physician - OncologyJob Details:
- Provide locum tenens coverage within a Hematology/Medical Oncology department beginning January 4, 2027, on an ongoing basis
- Manage approximately 20 patient encounters per shift
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including nurse navigators, social workers, genetic counselors, RNs, and palliative care physicians
- Board certification required (minimum board certification eligible)
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of 45-120 days
- Minimum availability of 2 weeks per month required
- Nearest airport is Fargo, ND
- Lodging accommodations available upon request
