Job description
A private oncology practice in Syracuse is adding a Medical Oncologist to join their team of 18 physicians, over 30 advanced practice providers, and more than 320 employees. Comprehensive program with specialists in hematology/oncology, radiation/oncology, palliative care, and pulmonology.
Practice Highlights:
- 32-hour patient-facing work week
- Experienced RNs, patient navigators, dosimetrists, physical therapy, social workers, dietitians
- Multidisciplinary Tumor Boards – Breast, GI, Lung, Melanoma
- Certified ASCO – Patient-Centered Cancer Care (one of 19 centers in the US with this distinction)
- Robust Clinical Trials program – Alliance and Pharma
- Full-time and Part-time options
Recruitment Package:
- Partnership Track
- Base Salary starts in the $400,000-$425,000 range + Production bonuses
- Incremental salary increases before partnership
- Sign-On bonus: $30,000
- 6 weeks PTO and 1 week CME / $5,000 allowance
