Status: Full Time
Schedule: 4-day flexible workweek of clinic and OR time, plus backup call for CNMs. s
Call: 1/2 (with goal of 1/5 with current hiring) backup for CNMs that take primary call. Option for some of those call days to be paid hospitalist shifts.

Grace Women's Health is an independent, community-focused practice dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to our local population. We were founded out of community need: Our previous employer shut down its operations in our area at the same time another group closed, leaving hundreds of women without care. The hospital systems were months away from filling the gap, so we decided to do it.
Our core is our nurse midwife team, with collaboration by the OB/Gyn physicians for complicated obstetrics and surgical gynecology. We have continued our strong relationships and leadership presence with our hospital system. Our goal is to balance personal agency with scientific and behavioral accountability. We are seeking two to four full-spectrum, full-time, board-certified/eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologists to join our highly respected team.
The clinic is located on the campus of St. Luke's Nampa Medical Center, which contains the only LDRP labor & delivery unit in the area. Current surgical facilities include St. Luke's Nampa (with Davinci) and the 10-Mile Surgery Center (Davinci pending).
Community subspecialty support is robust, with NICU, maternal fetal medicine, and gyn oncology through the St. Luke's hospital system, and urogynecology through St. Luke's and independent practices.

Qualifications
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Active state medical license (or eligible to obtain one).
- Interest in working in a collaborative, team-based environment with Nurse Midwives.
- Commitment to serving a diverse, partially underserved patient population.
