Optimum is proud to partner with a reputable medical center in Brooklyn, New York, which has an opening for a full-time Director of OB to join their team.

Position Overview:
- Flexible schedule with call
- Annual Volume: 6K deliveries
- Setting: L&D floor at a regional perinatal center
- 48-bed Level III NICU
- 50% clinical, 50% administrative
- Team Structure: Midwives, PAs, MFM, residents
- MFM background preferred, will accept generalist or laborist background
- 8-10+ years post-residency/fellowship experience required
- Must have experience in patient safety measures
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $550K+ based on experience
