Optimum has an exciting new OB/GYN position available with a reputable group based in northeastern Massachusetts.
With a 4-day workweek and rotating call, this is an ideal opportunity for a skilled physician looking to take the next step in their career.
Position Overview:
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 4 days per week
- Call: Typically 1:5, supported by laborists
- Clinic and hospital coverage
- Clinic Census: 15+ per day
- Delivery Volume: 40-50 per month, shared among physicians
- General OB/GYN caseload
- Current Team: 5 full-time OB physicians + 4 NPs
- Must be board-certified
Compensation & Perks:
- $300k+ base salary and collection-based productivity bonus
- 6 weeks of PTO
- Medical malpractice coverage plus tail
