Full-Time | Outpatient & Inpatient | Hospital-Employed
BAS Healthcare is partnering with a physician-led, community-focused health system in central Indiana to recruit a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join an established and growing women’s health practice. The primary practice location is Anson in Whitestown, with additional collaboration across nearby communities including Lebanon, Frankfort, and Crawfordsville, providing strong regional support and shared coverage.
This opportunity offers a balanced mix of outpatient clinic work and inpatient obstetrics, with a collegial team environment and a schedule designed to support work–life balance.
Position Highlights

Full-time, hospital-employed position

Outpatient clinic with shared inpatient rounding and delivery responsibilities

Monday–Friday schedule with 36 clinic hours per week

Average 15–20 patients per day

Shared call schedule

Teaching opportunities available with Marian University, if desired

Candidate Requirements

MD or DO

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
