Practice Highlights
- Work-Life Balance Focused - 3 to 4-day workweek with dedicated OR time and 1-2 days fully off from clinic and call responsibilities
- Balanced practice averaging just 12-14 patients per day with approximately 250 deliveries annually
- Shared Call Structure - Nurse Midwives take primary Birth Center call and manage uncomplicated deliveries, creating a highly supported environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $350,000 guaranteed base salary

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
