Join a close-knit hospital medicine team of 18 hospitalists, including 2 Nurse Practitioners, within an established community medical center. The hospitalist team collaborates closely with other departments to support seamless transitions of care, with dedicated intensivist support available.
Opportunity:
Nocturnist Physician
Join an established hospital medicine team as a Nocturnist Physician in Apple Valley. This position offers a consistent overnight schedule, an open ICU environment with Intensivist support, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.
Details:
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine candidates eligible
- Board-certified or board-eligible with expectation of obtaining certification
- New graduates, residents, and fellows encouraged to apply
- Ability to work with residents
- Access to in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support
- 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts
- Average of 16 shifts per month
- Open ICU environment with Intensivist support
- No procedures required
- Epic EMR
- Access to an internal informatics platform for streamlined patient management
- Collaborate with 18 hospitalists, including 2 Nurse Practitioners
- Work closely with colleagues across hospital departments to ensure continuity and smooth transitions of care
Compensation:
- Annual compensation based on the number of shifts worked
- $410,000–$420,000 annually
