The facility maintains a Level 2 trauma designation and provides strong support for locum providers, including access to virtual neurology coverage during overnight hours.
Opportunity:
Physician - Internal Medicine - Neurohospitalist
Job Details:
Locum Tenens coverage needed for December on an ongoing basis
2 locum providers needed working a 7 on / 7 off schedule
Shift hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
10-15 patient encounters per shift
Provide neurological consults and stroke management
APPs available Monday through Friday with potential for weekend overage support
V-Neuro coverage provided nightly from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Active Missouri license or IMLC required
Clean NPDB and malpractice history required
Board certification required (minimum board certification eligible)
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Estimated credentialing timeframe of 30 days
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
