This facility is part of a comprehensive healthcare system featuring St. Mary's Children's Hospital (SMCH), a designated Children's Hospital by the National Association of Children's Hospitals and Related Institutions. The center includes a Level III NICU, Level II Pediatric Trauma Center, and serves as a regional pediatric care hub with multiple specialized services.

Job Details:
• Join a collaborative team of 8 MDs, 4 NNPs, 1 Neonatal PA, 1 Neonatal Hospitalist, and outstanding nursing staff • Work in a Level III NICU with 20 private rooms capable of accommodating twins • Serve approximately 330 admissions yearly with an average daily census of 14 infants • Support approximately 1700 births per year with NICU delivery coverage • Participate in the active Neonatal Transport Team serving MN, WI, and MI • Contribute to the NICU Follow-up Clinic that operates weekly for high-risk patients • Benefit from 24/7 in-house coverage structure with physician on-call support • Collaborate with Level IV NICUs in the Twin Cities when needed • Work alongside strong OB physician and perinatologist support in a 24/7 OB Hospitalist model • Access to comprehensive pediatric specialists and sub-specialists on staff • Participate in quality initiatives including the Vermont Oxford Network database • Support families through partnerships with local foundations and Ronald McDonald House Charities • Be part of a comprehensive healthcare campus with two hospitals: a 344-bed tertiary hospital and 165-bed specialized care facility
