• Collaborate with the Medical Director, Program Director and entire clinical team
• Provide medical direction in conformance with facility policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
• Work within Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines
• Maintain Joint Commission standards and requirements
• Support comprehensive rehabilitation services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy
• Work with interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists
• Focus on individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and daily functioning
• Help patients achieve highest level of independence and successful transition back to home and community
• Independent contractor status with flexible scheduling
• Access to latest technology and best in class compliance team
• Training and support provided in collaborative team environment

• Serve as Covering Medical Director for the Acute Rehabilitation Unit• Collaborate with the Medical Director, Program Director and entire clinical team
