We are seeking an experienced neonatologist to serve as Medical Director of a high-acuity Level III NICU. Position Highlights
- High-acuity Level III NICU managing 700+ admissions annually
- 40% Administrative | 60% Clinical
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing clinical environment during a period of ongoing growth and change
- Supported by experienced APPs and residents
Ideal Candidate
- Board-certified/eligible Neonatologist
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU
- Prior physician leadership experience preferred
- 100% clinical positions also available welcoming fellows and J1 visas
