Opportunity:
Medical Director, Hospital Medicine

Lead a collaborative team of five hospital medicine physicians while maintaining an active clinical role. This position offers the chance to shape program growth, strengthen hospital partnerships, and directly influence patient care in a close-knit community hospital setting.

Details:

  • Leadership of a 5-physician hospital medicine team

  • Average of 12 clinical shifts per month with flexible scheduling

  • Open ICU with minimal subspecialty support

  • Must be comfortable managing ICU patients and ventilators (no procedures required)

  • Provide clinical oversight and foster strong relationships with hospital leadership

  • Active involvement in committees and quality/process improvement initiatives

  • Board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine (Family Medicine considered with hospitalist experience)

  • Prefer 1–2 years of hospitalist experience and prior leadership experience

  • Supportive, team-oriented culture with strong collaboration both professionally and socially

Compensation:

  • Annual compensation of $365,000 plus incentives

  • Comprehensive benefits package including paid malpractice with tail coverage
