- Join a dynamic team of 40 physicians and 21 Advanced Practice Providers dedicated to outstanding patient care and professional development
- Position is open to physicians at all career stages with interest in patient-centered primary care and academic medicine
- 30-minute patient visits supported by a robust care team for meaningful patient relationships
- No night call with flexible scheduling and dedicated inbox coverage during time away
- Close collaboration across specialties within a multispecialty clinic-model health system
- Opportunities for involvement in medical education, quality improvement, research, population health, and clinical leadership
- Mentorship available from experienced academic physicians
- Weekly Grand Rounds and paid CME provided

- Eligibility for academic appointment and advancement through UMass Chan Medical School
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
