Physician - Primary CareJob Details:
- Excellent opportunity for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to practice in an outpatient setting
- Various practice locations available throughout the New Hampshire Seacoast region
- Full-time, 1.0 FTE position consisting of 32 patient contact hours and 8 administrative hours per week
- Collaborative team model that includes medical assistants, nurses, care coordinators, social workers, and population health support
- Full support to perform primary care-based procedures such as OMT, joint injections, Nexplanon, and minor dermatologic procedures
