Physician - Primary CareJob Details:
- Join a well-established primary care practice serving a community-oriented patient population
- Open to Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians
- 4-day clinical work week consisting of 32 clinical care hours and 8 administrative hours
- Mix of young to elderly patients in a team-based care model
- Practice currently includes 2 MDs and 3 NPs with a 1:1 MD to Medical Assistant ratio
- Utilizes Epic EMR system
- Strong emphasis on work-life balance through practice transformation and a focus on quality
- Performance-based incentive compensation may be available, including productivity and quality bonuses
