Opportunity:

Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

  • 100% outpatient Occupational Medicine position with a predictable Monday through Friday schedule - no weekends, no call
  • Join an established, high-performing Occupational Medicine team within a large integrated healthcare system
  • Clinical scope includes Workers' Compensation and injury care management, pre-employment and regulatory physicals, and drug-free workplace testing and compliance programs
  • Provide OSHA and employer-based health services with integration of physical therapy and workplace rehabilitation
  • Utilize EPIC EMR with Dragon dictation and AI integration, HIPAA-compliant communication tools, and efficient administrative workflows
  • Optional academic involvement with faculty appointment available
  • Collaborative, team-based care model with strong clinical and administrative support
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Preventative, Family, or Internal Medicine required
  • Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License required (or eligible)
  • Medical Review Officer and FMCSA Certified Medical Examiner designations preferred
  • Access to professional development through leadership institutes, CME platforms, simulation centers, and mentorship opportunities
