Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Perform preventative care and wellness visits
Manage chronic disease conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
Order and interpret diagnostic testing and labs
Prescribe medications and treatment plans
Document patient encounters in EHR system
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
MD or DO degree required
Completion of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency
Active California Medical License or ability to obtain
DEA Certificate
BLS Certification
Board Certified or Board Eligible
