Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient practice with low-volume, telephone-only call
• Full-time preferred; part-time schedules considered
• Monday–Friday clinic hours with four hours of flexible administrative time for providers working at least 24 hours weekly
• Dedicated MA or LPN support and Cerner EMR with ambient/AI documentation
• Average volume of 22–24 patients daily, primarily adults and seniors
• Opportunity for additional compensation through APP supervision

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $260,000, plus performance incentives of up to $40,000 annually
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
